A personal journey to health and transformation

I know what it's like to feel completely disconnected from your body. For years, I battled unexplained health issues, frustrating fatigue, and a brain fog that left me feeling lost. I tried so many things that promised relief, but they were just quick fixes that never truly addressed the root of the problem.

My personal quest for answers led me to a powerful truth: the key to vibrant health was in my gut all along. By learning to nourish my body from the inside out, everything changed. I didn’t just find relief, I reclaimed my vitality and a sense of control I thought was gone.

This profound personal transformation inspired me to become a nutrition and health coach. When I first started in health and wellness, my goal was to help everyone. But my real discovery, my North Star, was the moment I combined my passion for supporting gut health with helping women navigate perimenopause.

Because I know that nurturing a healthy gut is the foundation for vibrant health and well-being, and the key to finally beating the fatigue and lifting the brain fog that can dim your light during this time of profound change.

My mission is to help you take back control, and with a BTEC Diploma in Nutrition & Health Coaching and as a member of the UKIHCA coaches association, I am equipped to guide you on this journey. This is the very mission of my signature 12 week programme. The Perimenopause Gut Reset.
