My journey into nutrition wasn’t a straight path — it began with my own frustrating quest for answers. Perhaps like you, I once stood in that confusing place, battling unexplained health challenges. Persistent gut discomfort became my unwelcome companion, and a constant, draining fatigue left me feeling exhausted, foggy, and disconnected from my body. I remember that deep frustration of not knowing where to turn. Sound familiar?

Like so many searching for relief, I tried countless diets and trends — each one promising change but offering only quick fixes. Nothing truly addressed the underlying issues, especially the stubborn gut problems at the heart of it all. The clear, ongoing support I craved felt out of reach.

Then, as I entered perimenopause, new challenges appeared — disrupted sleep, fluctuating moods, and even more digestive discomfort. That’s when I began connecting the dots between gut health and hormone support. Once I focused on nourishing my gut and supporting my body from the inside out, everything shifted. My energy returned, my mind felt clearer, and I finally felt in sync with my body again.

That transformation didn’t just change my health — it changed my purpose. As my health improved, friends and family began turning to me for advice. I found myself sharing what I’d learned, helping others make sense of their own symptoms, and realising how much I loved guiding people toward balance and relief. This experience ignited a true passion for women’s health, especially during perimenopause and menopause, where gut and hormone balance play such a powerful role.

Inspired by my own journey and the women I was supporting, I decided to formalise my knowledge and turn that passion into my profession. I gained a BTEC Diploma in Nutrition & Health Coaching and became a member of the UKIHCA (UK & International Health Coaching Association), with specialist training in nutrition for menopause — combining evidence-based expertise with a compassionate, client-centred approach.

Now, as a Gut Health Coach for women in perimenopause and menopause, I help others navigate this phase of life with the guidance, clarity, and support I once needed. Together, we uncover root causes, restore balance, and create lasting vitality — naturally.
